1. Can I place an individual order?

2. What if I like the product, but I would change something about it?

To do this, please contact us via our Facebook fanpage or email address tuotwartywarsztat@gmail.com. If the changes are not too big the price should not change.

3. Does the lead time always take 14 days?

Delivery time depends on the selected products. If the product page shows its stock status expressed in pieces – it can be shipped even the next day!
If there are products in the shopping cart with the availability status “On order”, then the lead time is up to 14 working days, depending on the number of products in the order. For example, if you order such 2 products, the lead time will be shorter than if you buy 4.

4. What if I care about time and need a given product “Right now”?

There is a possibility of accelerated order processing. The order price increases by 30%, and we will try to ship the product up to 2 business days. For such an expedited order, please contact us via our Facebook or by phone.

5. I want to make a return/exchange how do I do it?

  2. After receiving your request, we will contact you to determine the further procedure (exchange/return/repair)
  3. Please send the faulty goods to the address Otwarty Warsztat Krystian Rachwał 2 Floriańska Street 34-108 Frydrychowice.
  4. After receiving the parcel we will consider the complaint
